The 2026 Assessment and Property Tax Notices have been mailed. Property taxes are due by August 31, 2026, to avoid penalties. You can pay at the Village Office using cheque, debit, or cash. Credit card payments can be made through the PaySimply portal at clive.ca, but please note that a 2.5% service fee will apply.
This year’s notice is a combined Assessment and Tax Notice. If you wish to dispute your property assessment, you must file a complaint by August 14, 2026. Complaints must be submitted using the required form and must include a $50 appeal fee. For more information, please contact the Village Office at 403-784-3366.
The August 31 payment deadline and penalties do not apply to residents enrolled in the Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP).
