Documents pertaining to Development Permits may be reviewed (subject to the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Acts) at the Village Office during MPC meetings. The Clive Village Office is located at:
5115 50th Street Clive, Alberta Monday to Thursdays 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Friday 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
(Closed all statutory holidays)
Appeals
Any person claiming to be affected by a decision of the Development Officer/Municipal Planning Commission may appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by serving written Notice of Appeal to the Clerk of the Regional Subdivision and Development Appeal Board c/o the Village of Clive
Appeal Fee: $200. If the appeal is successful, 50% of the appeal fee will be refunded.
