November is Family Violence Prevention Month
The Village of Clive Council has proclaimed November 2026 as Family Violence Prevention Month, joining communities across Alberta in raising awareness and standing together against family violence.
Family violence can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, background, or circumstance. Its impacts extend beyond individuals and families, touching friends, neighbours, workplaces, and entire communities.
Throughout November, the Village of Clive will participate in the Purple Lights Campaign, sharing messages of awareness, prevention, and support.
