Documents pertaining to Development Permits may be reviewed (subject to the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Acts) at the Village Office during MPC meetings. The Clive Village Office is located at:

Appeals
Any person who believes they are affected by a decision of the Development Officer or Municipal Planning Commission may file an appeal with the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB). A written Notice of Appeal must be submitted to the Clerk of the Regional Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, care of Parkland Community Planning Services (PCPS), on or before the stated appeal deadline.
Appeal Fee: $200. If the appeal is successful, 50% of the appeal fee will be refunded.
