The Village of Clive will be mailing out the Municipal Property Assessments (Tax Notices) on June 15th, 2023.
If you do not receive your notice by June 30th, 2023, please contact the Village Office at 403-784-3366.
Property Owners are advised that taxes are due and payable without penalty if received by August 31st, 2023. This does not include homeowners who are enrolled in the Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP). If you do not receive a letter stating your monthly payments with your taxes and you have enrolled in the TIPP, please contact the office immediately.
New Homeowners within the Village of Clive? Please be sure to call or stop in the office if you do not receive your assessment by June 30th or have purchased a property after mid February 2023.
