Property Taxes Due August 31 – Avoid Late Penalties
Reminder that Clive’s Property Taxes are due and payable without penalty if payment is received by the Village Office on or before August 31, 2022. A penalty of 8% will be added on September 1 for all current taxes unpaid after August 31.
The August 31st deadline and penalties are not applicable to commercial properties or property owners currently enrolled in our monthly Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP).
